1. Returns

You may request a return within 15 days of receipt, calculated from the delivery date indicated by the carrier.

Returns are accepted including made-to-order and customized items (such as color or size variations), under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you may choose between:

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of error on our part.

4. Non-Eligible Returns

5. Damaged or Defective Items
